Open Access to Japanese Dissertation become Official

Japanese government officially published revisions of university degree regulations on March 11. In accordance with the revisions, doctoral dissertations will be published in electronic format via institutional repositories. The revisions are available at

Japanese working group DRF (Digital Repository federation) has created a Wiki to follow the revision.
